It's so dry! It worked fine for the first eye, but when I went to do the second eye it had almost dried up. I had to go over it multiple times to build it up, but it then crumbled after reapplying it. I'm so disappointed because the reviews were good and the formula looked very black and smudge resistant. Not worth the money, won't be buying again.
