Great massage ball
Great massage ball, I bought this in addition to the mini one - they are pretty much the same size, but this has weight to it and a heavier feel and more rubber like texture. I like the extra weight to this which does give a different massage to the other one, so I am pleased I got both. This one is very good on the shoulder and neck area for tension, and I also particularly like this one round the jawline and neck. Really good facial / neck massage tool.

Great for tension head aches too
I much prefer this to using a jade stone for facial massage. It's a lot more user friendly and don't have to lube your face up with lots of oils. Great to add pressure to your forehead if you hold tension in those areas

What a great message tool to apply my skin ! It can be used on face, neck and shoulders. I can feel a little bit pressure on my skin which is completely acceptable. If scanning the QR code, it will direct to the tutorial link. Super convenient!
