Not for me
My skin wasn't awful when I purchased this, but I was hoping that a more intensive cleansing routine would help with intermittent breakouts. Unfortunately, I really regret ever trying it - it was absolutely dreadful for my skin. I used it daily, and almost immediately my skin became significantly worse. I stuck with it for six weeks, hoping that it was just a purging phase and that ultimately my skin would improve, but finally gave up on it after seeing no improvement at all. As soon as I stopped using it, my skin started to calm down, but I've still got lots of residual scarring to deal with. I only kept going with it for so long because everything I read about this online said it was very gentle and wouldn't cause breakouts, and I don't have particularly sensitive skin so I didn't think that this could possibly be the cause of these issues, but it definitely was given how obviously changes in my skin were linked to using it. Clearly this product works well for lots of people, but I wanted to flag that it won't suit everyone and it can cause issues.

The best!
Getting this was one of the best decisions I made for my skin. I have dry skin prone to breakouts and since I started using the luna play smart 2 my skin has been in much better shape. I've had less frequent breakouts, my skin is smoother and less flaky. I highly recommend getting one of these.

Practical and cute
I love it! Cleans my face really well, I like the fact that it's small so it's able to get into the folds around my nose easily and it fits into my hand snugly too. Really great design and it's great for travelling too

Amazing
Got one for my daughter and one for myself. We both absolutely love it and I'm really surprised how the same device has benefited both my mature skin and my daughter's young skin! I've noticed that the puffiness has reduced from my face, while my daughter has clearer skin and has been breaking out a lot less. It's really easy to use and I love the skin analysis feature as well.
