The new and improved Gatineau Tan Accelerating Lotion is a triple action formula to help prepare, boost and prolong tanning before and after sun exposure whilst encouraging the skin's natural self-protection through advanced-performance melanin production activators.
This beautifully refreshing cream is instantly absorbed by the skin to help your tan develop faster with a healthy-looking, even and deeper colour which lasts longer and prevents premature skin ageing. Leaves the skin smoother and more supple with a satiny finish.
Directions of use:
- Apply daily for a minimum of two weeks before sun exposure, then every evening after exposure and continuing use for several weeks.

Pricey, but oh so worth it!
This is a lovely body moisturiser. I am not one for applying lotion every day simply because I cannot be bothered with the greasy after-feel, but with this you do not have that. I used this product about 10 years ago and actually forgot it existed so have purchased it again for my forthcoming holiday to the Canaries in April so I'm hoping it'll do exactly what it says on the tin! I have only used this on my body - not my face so cannot comment about sensitivity/breakouts etc. I think this has become my one and only all year round body moisturiser.

BRILLIANT TAN ACCELERATOR
I. too,have tried the Elemis equivalent which is very good but the GATINEAU TAN ACCELERATOR totally surpasses It. Skin feels so moisturised ,soft and smooth as silk after application. My body tans much more easily after using this for 3 weeks prior to going away. You can also use this on your face which is a bonus. I would not be without this product now, as my tan also lasts much longer after using this. I WISH IT WAS STILL POSSIBLE TO BUY THE TWIN PACK ! PLEASE BRING BACK !

Must Have Product
This is a product I will not be without. I always have two bottles so that I never run out. I developed sun photosensitivity and suffered terribly as soon as the sun showed it's lovely face. I couldn't go out in the sun at all without my face swelling up and my skin breaking out in terrible red burning patches no matter what sun block I used. I saw this product on TV and decided to give it a go. I use it as a moisturiser all over my body and face every day from March. In May last year I went on holiday to Spain and was able to go out in the sun with no reaction whatsoever. I went again in the height of summer for a week and again no swelling or burning. I used this product also as an aftersun and used Ultrasun suncream. Amazing. If you suffer as I did, I highly recommend this product.

It works!
I've tried the decleor and elemis equivalents, but none come close to the Gatineau tan accelerator. The texture is fantastic and really sinks into the skin, unlike the other 2. It keeps you moisturised, and the tan you get with the Gatineau tan accelerator far surpasses either I got with the elemis or decleor equivalents. It's also not too heavy to use while on holiday, while I found the other 2 are not so good in hot climates, because they're much thicker. My only advise, use it 3-4 weeks before you go, 2 weeks isn't quite enough. Don't forget to put it on your toes and the back of your neck. This is a desert island product of mine, and is my staple moisturiser from Spring to Autumn.

Love this Gatineau tan accelerator and would not be without it. I use it all year round as a body lotion and it keeps my tan fresher for longer. Its a must even for people who tan easily as it helps the skin by bringing cells that protect to the surface. Essential to use a good sun protection with high factor also but I'm always ready skin-wise for the next holiday and if we should get any sunshine from day to day. Lasts for ages and pump gives out easy measures, Well worth its cost and a real good price from look fantastic, well packaged and speedy delivery. Definitely a must have for men, women and children ......

I used this product for first time last year before I went on my holidays and it was excellent . I applied a few weeks before my holidays and used whilst on my holidays and had best tan ever. Would recommend this product as it gets your skin ready for sun and tan lasts longer.
