Worth the money
The brush is heavy and the on/off button is in a daft place however the brush is easy to use and does keep hair straight and shiny i now prefer to use the brush and not my straighteners i definitely recommend

A little disappointed
I am a little disappointed I had read various reviews before purchasing. I sort of like the product but it is very heavy though and the on/off switch is a little clunky could do with being more sophisticated. I wouldn’t like to use it very often as have noticed it’s very drying on the hair. It does give the hair a bit of a lift but the straighteners are still needed if straight ends are required. The hair does look quite sleek and it does get rid of any fly away hair especially on partings. Nice addition to my other ghd products but am still open minded. Could be improved by being lighter ideas on how best to clean the brush head and a heat mat is essential as it gets especially hot and should be provided.

It is good but has its limitations
As someone who has straightened their hair for 15 years I have to admit I was lured in with the idea of giving my hair a break. I have fairly thick hair and a fringe so I only use straighteners to dampen down the volume and thickness of my fringe. This does do that and there definitely is a skill to using it, but you could never get results on a fringe or shortish hair, it works best from the ears down if that makes sense as it’s such a big paddle brush you can’t really get “into” the hair if that makes sense. I will use it as it does the job but it won’t replace my straighteners, I will still need to use them for my fringe and any shorter hair areas.

My new best friend
I didn't tell my work colleagues I had purchased this item. Within the first week I had comments that I looked different my hair was looking a lot fuller. I have long thick blonde hair. Using this brush saves me 15 minutes in the morning compared to using straighteners. I prefer to wash and blow dry my hair, sleep on it and then use the hot brush the following day. So easy to use, I'm using larger sections of hair going over each section slowly just once. My hair is softer and hoping less heat damage over time.
