The straighteners are heated at 185°C for optimum styling, any higher would damage the hair while any lower would compromise the styling effects. The floating plates offer an ultra-smooth appearance, while the round barrel helps for snag-free styling, creating bouncy curls, soft waves or poker straight ends with ease. Offering quick and easy hairstyling within 30 seconds, the tool is an essential, cult-classic in everyone's hair kit, perfect for everyday looks.
Ensure hair is dry and combed through. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling. Turn the appliance on. Place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots. Hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and slide down the length of the hair, from root to tip. Repeat. Allow the hair to cool before combing through. After use, turn off and unplug the appliance. Allow the appliance to cool before storing away.

Can’t beat the OGs
I first used GHD’s when they first came on the scene, my first pair lasted years and eventually gave up the ghost. Fast forwards a few years and various different brands of straighteners non of which have given the same results I’ve returned to GHD. I’m slightly disappointed with the plastic low quality feel of them compared to my original pair but boy do they do a good job. My hair doesn’t feel overly heat processed, it’s smooth and shines.
