I’m mixed race & have textured, thick hair. This brush is probably my favourite but it won’t last. I’d say, having purchased twice that you’re likely to need to replace after 3-4 months as the paddle glue will come away. Re-gluing just doesn’t work. It’s a great brush, just not sure it’s worth the consistent cost.

Great GHD hairbrush
This is my second GHD hairbrush, first being the barrel brush. It's great quality and gets through my thick hair in no time. At first I thought it was quite big but it's lightweight so easy to handle. Definitely worth spending extra on as I can tell this brush will last but I still found it a reasonable price for a brand name.
