I got these after my sister had been using her's for a couple of years and I am so glad I upgraded! They really are a huge step up from the standard ghds. They have a great rounded edge so make the most amazing curls and for the first time my curls now actually last 2-3 days! I've personally not experienced the faults the other people have but my friend did and she contacted ghd and they sorted it out straightaway for free. Electricals are always going to be susceptible to faults but at least ghd resolve it directly and quickly and not like Apple who have the cheek to charge with the slightest fault on their products!! I will forever recommend these straighteners!!
