Bought this and the matching conditioner to try and look after my curly/wavy hair a bit more and had heard good reviews. I find it really difficult to lather up and makes my hair tangle and feel like straw. I have to use way too much conditioner to compensate! I won't be buying it again!

I purchased this as I love the smooth as silk conditioner. The shampoo is very think and creamy, and has a lovely fresh fragrance that’s not overpowering. It was slightly too moisturising for my 3c curls, however it’s perfect for my daughters hair which is long and wavy. It’s really nourishing on her hair and has reduced the fluff and frizz.

One of The Best Shampoos
I normally have super shiny and healthy hair. Over the summer it went super dry, brittle and felt awful. I am so impressed with this shampoo - it completely transformed my hair and got it back to healthy within only a few washes. After only one wash it felt so much better. I've used shampoos 3 times the price of this that didn't work as well.

For my kinda dry, kinda coarse and kinda damaged 2C-3B hair, this shampoo is really nice. I do shampoo twice, just because that's what I like to do, but it leaves my hair feeling really nice and clean without being drying. My hair doesn't really tangle so I can't say much about that, but this does leave my hair clean and moisturised and smooth. It's quickly becoming my favourite shampoo. (A tip: for me, this shampoo works a lot better if I really foam it up between my hands before applying it to the hair. Don't know why, but it makes it much easier.)

Very poor!! Waste of money!!!
I purchased this shampoo thinking that it would be better than the normal priced ones you get at local shops. This shampoo does not detangle your hair!! It does the opposite. After washing and conditioning my hair with this particular brand it took me half an hour to brush my hair!! My hair was so tangled its unreal!! So much hair fell off too. I never used it again.. it went straight in the bin after my first use. Very disappointed.
