I've been buying this for quite a while now and use it twice a week when I wash my hair. I apply some and massage it in with my scalp brush to stimulate the scalp. I leave it on for an hour or so, rinse, and shampoo and condition as normal. Smells very minty and feels cold on my scalp!

I have been using it for a few months, and I can really see how it has been working. My hair is quite fine, and down the back, from the crown, was thinning out, but as I use this at least twice a week, leave on for 5 minutes, LOVE the tingling affect, I can see my hair has begun to thicken. Good product … only used the once. The nozzle is good for applying to the root. I was sceptical to use as I hate any products that make your hair firm/ sticky / hard - like a lot of volumisers do but this didn’t. Not sure I would buy again but have used once so might change my mind!
