The hair gummies feature a blend of biotin, zinc and selenium that help to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to potentially higher fall-out rates. Complete with a delicious strawberry flavour, the soft gummies double as a tasty sweet treat.

Not as effective
I decided to give Hairburst a go so took a break from my usual hair gummies. I didn’t enjoy taking these as much - they had a harder texture and didn’t taste as good. After a couple of weeks’ use I noticed slight hair fall had begun. This had stopped with the use of a previous brand of hair gummies, so for me these were not as effective. I’ll be switching back to my old brand. The ingredient list looked good but it doesn’t have folic acid, which probably made the difference for me. Hair issues can be for a number of reasons and vary from person to person. This may work for others.
