I brought this for my tired puffy eyes and for the age lines. I found when using it actually had made the puffiness worse and had not helped in any way. The fine lines aren’t bad to start and haven’t really seen a huge difference. For me this product didn’t do anything or leave me happy. If I hadn’t thrown packaging away straight away i would have returned. The only nice thing is the warming setting feels lovely but that is all.

This item didn’t hold charge. Otherwise great product as I suspect I was just unlucky on that front. However don’t order from look fantastic. Their phone lines are permanently closed now and their text message centres don’t reply at all. The email message centres send unhelpful generic messages and don’t read your messages or reply properly. I won’t be using look fantastic again.
