I bought this in the hope it would help my pilaris keratosis. I used it for the first time before my shower and i can tell you my skin feels unreal this morning. The back of my arms and thighs which are the worst affected feel so soft and smooth. Its obviously not 100% gone but there is a massive before and after difference. Im kicking myself for not getting this sooner. I only used light pressure with the brush as it is quite rough. If you have dry skin, lumps and bumps are pilaris like me give this a go your skin will thank you
