Good but only at a discount
This wasn’t a bad pencil but I’ve had better. The colour is gorgeous but as with other colours it does feel very hard on first use and drags when I’m trying to use a top liner

Good alternative to black
I enjoy using coloured eyeliners esp blues and greens to bring out my brown eyes. This was a lovely colour but do find they aren’t as soft as some and can drag. But they get softer more you use

It is irritating that it breaks quite easily when using as a top liner so have to use little strokes. No issues in the waterline though. Only worth it because of the discount. I much prefer the urban decay gel liners
