Achieve a sculpted and chiselled complexion with the Illamasqua Contouring Gel Sculpt, a sheer contouring gel that helps create subtle, natural-looking definition on the contours of your face.
Perfect for defining your cheekbones, jawline and forehead, the gel formula creates delicate shadows on the face; apply to facial contours where shadows would naturally be cast. It enhances your face shape to enliven natural features. Easy to blend, the formula will leave your face looking naturally chiselled and sculpted.
- Using your fingers or a highlighter brush, apply Gel Sculpt across the temples, hollows of the cheek and jawline and blend gently.
- To be applied prior to setting foundation.
- Use a small amount of Gel Colour over the lips to deepen your natural lip colour.

A good product overall
I like the unique formula, however I think the product could be a little more pigmented. It also seemed to slightly remove the other makeup underneath when I applied it so I think it is better to take some product on a brush or sponge first before applying to the face rather than applying directly.

Perfect for pale skin
This is a nearly transparent, almost gel like consistency; at first swipe I thought there was barely any colour pay off, however it’s easy to build up and gives a subtle, cool toned swipe of contour. It’s easy to apply and blends out really well. Only four stars as if heavy handed it can look muddy and doesn’t stay all day… but I’m working on that with different setting sprays etc.

Interesting transparency
Not a thick opaque cream, rather a dark transparent almost gel/cream, which applies super smoothly and helps to not leave obvious contour ‘lines’. Subtle but there. Can be easily buffed away though if too energetic. Relatively cool toned and good for pale skin.

I love this product however, I mainly use it straight on to my skin rather than over any makeup due to it’s gel like consistency. When applying it over makeup I always use my brush, patting the product on rather than apply using the stick. It’s great for adding some definition and also giving you a nice sunkissed look for those lighter makeup days.

Lovely contour stick
I love this contour stick, I didn’t warm to it at first but it works really well on a brush. This will create a shadow but is not a bronzer, if you’re looking for bronzer then this won’t do it.
