They seem to make a difference
I've been taking these for a few years now, and they seem to make a difference. At least, when I run out and don't replace them quickly, my skin looks more dull and saggy than usual. I can't say the difference is dramatic, but with ageing it's about attitude in the end: if you feel more confident, you look peppier.
