I've been taking these for years now and, to be totally truthful, I've no idea whether they make a difference. I suppose I keep buying them because I worry about what my skin would look like if I stopped. Whatever difference they make isn't world-shattering, in other words. On the other hand, I'm confident (partly because other people tell me so) that my skin generally looks plumper and more elastic than other women my age - but then, that might be attributed to a healthy diet and lots of exercise, I guess.
