Easier than it looks
This has been a game changer for my otherwise limp ponytails. So easy to use. My tip is that you don’t need to tie the hair tie as tight as you usually would, because the insert takes up quite a bit of space. So tie loosely, then insert the lift insert and after a little trial and error you should have a go to style that’s easy to create in seconds.
