Good coverage but too thick for Summer days
I was looking for something with a little more coverage than a tinted moisturiser, this was on offer at the time of browsing to include the double tipped brush for a reduced price. The coverage is great, and covers any imperfections, it also kept true to its word and I didn't have to blot my face during the day therefore mattifying, the only negative side is i would say its too think for wearing on a warm summer day, as I did gain a few blemishes, It is worth noting I do have combination skin and my personal.preference is normally a tinted moisturiser I don't often wear foundation, I've therefore took.into consideration those individuality aspects which could have affected my review. My personal preference of use would be on a night out or evening social event

Matte CC Cream
I have used the original CC cream but as I have oily skin I thought it was time I tried the Matte version, it is still an excellent formula but the colour didn't seem to match quite as well and comes up a little but darker, it is also heavier coverage which is something to remember when purchasing it.

Why isn’t this more hyped?!
The coverage is beautiful, it’s non comedogenic and it contains no major skin irritants!! Amazing job by the brand! The only issue I can think of is that it doesn’t last quite as well as a foundation of similar coverage, but I suppose that’s to be expected with a product that is mostly skincare. Genuinely so impressed and wish the brand would remove fragrance allergens/essential oils from the non-matte version too!

I don’t think it was what I was looking for
I’m not a foundation guru. My skin is aging and it gets dry I also have freckles I wanted some coverage but light. I like it but I don’t know if I love.. think it’s something I would use more in winter and not in summer. I’m no makeup artist so it does what it needs too. I took a recommendation for this. I didn’t want a full coverage so good for that. I believe everyone trying to be an influencer at the moment trying to recommend every out of this world product under the sun but I think makeup is a personal choice. Would I buy again? probs not do I like it? Yes it’s ok. Do I know what I’m talking about? Absolutely not!

Didn't meet the hype for me
Used the colour matcher and was matched (exactly) with medium which I found too dark. I didn't find the coverage was great and it's very thick meaning you have to be really careful to ensure its blended into your skin. It has great reviews but unfortunately not for me.
