Directions of use:
- Gently file in one direction.
- Do not 'saw' back and forth.
- Avoid filing into the sides of your nail as they provide strength and support.
- The shape of the free edge of the nail should reflect the shape of your cuticle.

- Toe nails should be filed straight across to avoid ingrowing nails.

These are good, but they seem a bit too rough considering the product description, that’s why I decreased 1 star. Lucky for me I do not have very weak nails, so this works for me. Usually I find some of the nail files too abrasive or too soft and these are somewhere in the middle. Also there are two in the pack which makes these a good value for money product.
