Directions of use:
- Gently file in one direction.
- Do not 'saw' back and forth.
- Avoid filing into the sides of your nail as they provide strength and support.
- The shape of the free edge of the nail should reflect the shape of your cuticle.
- Filing your nails as recommended, using the correct emery board will promote healthy growth.
- Toe nails should be filed straight across to avoid ingrowing nails.

At last a nail file that cares for & works exactly as it is discribed. I have severe vitD & calcium deficiency as result of 3 very Rare Critical medical conditions & have tried so many different file's, oils, etc & never had results that are promised until using these. Tells you how to use them & explains the process of multiple mistakes made by using nail products. Ideal for softer nails
Nails seem go though seasonal changes as does hair, skin, etc. This is a great set of two: I am currently using one as my normally hard nail are softer (also not doing anything different ...) It is really perfect. Once the nails will go back to normal I might use a standard Jessica Emery Board. Will then have th second one in the set when those nails play up again!

These are great for weakened nails as they aren’t too firm and the actual board itself isn’t too abrasive on the nail, a great gentle file of you don’t want to cause further damage to an already weak nail bed.

The nail files are really good. However, the overpackaging meant the BOX they came in wouldn't go through my letter box and I had to travel 10 miles to the Royal Mail sorting office to collect them. Not happy.
