Directions of use:
- Gently file in one direction.
- Do not 'saw' back and forth.
- Avoid filing into the sides of your nail as they provide strength and support.
- The shape of the free edge of the nail should reflect the shape of your cuticle.
- Filing your nails as recommended, using the correct emery board will promote healthy growth.
- Toe nails should be filed straight across to avoid ingrowing nails.

Great for flaky nails
My nails would not grow long as they would flake and break off. Until I discovered these soft nails emery boards. Now (as long as I use these exclusively) my nails just grow! Truly amazing. The only problem is that they don't last very long, but I just buy in bulk.

If you have soft nails.....
My nails are like paper and I have never seen a file especially designed for soft nails before. So I thought it would be worth a try. The board itself is strong so doesn't flex too much and the 'sand' quite fine and sharp so my nails filed easily and quickly. Definitely worth the money. I expect them to last a long time as the sand didn't wear through like on some cheap emery boards.

Best Emery Boards ever bought!!
Great buy and worth every penny. I have bought probably hundreds of various emery boards over the years but these are without doubt by far the best. I have been using them for over a month now, my nails are not flaking and ripping at the tips and therefore looking better and stronger than they have for ages. Would never use any others now I have found these. You may find you go through them quickly if you have teenage daughters like me, because after using mine they are converts and love them too. Hence, I am on my second pack. Otherwise my first pack would have lasted me ages.
