Miracle in a bottle

This works brilliantly when left on for about 15 minutes or so. Any less isn’t really worth it compared to a normal conditioner.

Love this for my hair

I bought this after it was recommended to me, I’ve only used it once but my hair felt amazing after using it. I’m looking forward to seeing how well it continues to perform throughout my hair journey. So far so good!

They've changed the formula

So this used to be a staple deep conditioner for about two years, until they decided to change the consistency of the product to assimilate stiky paste! The presence of the silicone inside the product is way overboard, to the point where the product itself looks rubbery after being exposed in the air! Sillicone is good to seal moisture and permeable to water molecules, depending on the formulation itself. This product used to make my hair silky smooth and hydrated for days. However, two months ago I stopped used it as it would notoriously tangle my hair after application. I decided to stop using it to see if it was the product itself causing the massive tangles, and it definitely was! Very sad to have to cease from using this conditioner.

Best I’ve ever had !

It’s my first time using this and wow! I have very! thick Afro curly hair and it is very dehydrated I am constantly looking for products that hydrate, especially deep conditioners and shampoos. Get ready for a long review because I do not write reviews so this product is one of a kind for me to write a review!  The texture of the balm is so luxurious and rich in moisture it glides on to the hair and encapsulates each strand in moisture and deep hydration!  I left it on with a shower cap for about 5-10 mins and then rinsed it off. It revived my curls and my hair looked and felt so healthy. I will use a steamer for future treatments with this product to infuse it into the strands even further.  Overall this product is money well spent I look forward to seeing the progress of my hair using this treatment and will definitely be buying more !

Great for moisturising dry, dull 4c hair and reduced breakage

I have been using this product for 4 months and I have to say it's one of the best moisturising deep treatment I've used. I have high porosity, dry, dull, breaking 4c hair. My hair breaks less since my 1st use. I use this as a deep treatment for 30 mins mixed with castor oil, jojoba oil, black seed oil and olive oil. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is that the product leaves some sticky white stuff in my hair after I've rinsed it off.

Joico treatment balm

I’ve been using this conditioner for about 6 months now and my Afro hair absolutely loves it. I tried some other deep conditioners but they left my hair feeling dry and crunchy. I quickly found my way back to Joico and my hair is thriving. This conditioner leaves my hair soft, easy to manage and smelling lovely. Great product for Afro hair that needs moisture.
