Designed to protect your sensitised or colour-treated hair from frizz and humidity for up to 72 hours, Kérastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Gentle will gently cleanse away impurities, whilst the pro-keratin formula will restore and re-establish the integrity of the hair.
Enriched with amino acids, a wheat protein derivative and ceramide R, it smooths and strengthens the hair, whilst creating an even surface and a hydrophobic layer which protects the hair from humidity. Your locks will be left with natural movement, a soft texture and a frizz-free finish. - L.M.

- Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather

a nice, rich shampoo that untangles long, fine hair and leaves it fuller and smoother. you can sense this even when the hair is still wet one of the best shampoos from kerastase

This is my first Kerastase product, I started using it together with Masque Force Architecte. I bought it because my hairdresser recommended it for me. My hair usually gets greasy within 3 days and is damaged because of colouring it for years. After using this shampoo my hair feels fresh and clean for longer, I can now wash it every 5-6 days and feels very soft also. A very small amount of shampoo is used, so I think it will last for a few months. All in all great product, I will definitely continue using Kerastase.

perfection!
After using Kerastase's Nutritive shampoo my hair was tangled and dry so I was a bit worried how it will react to this shampoo. But Discipline shampoo left my hair soft and manageable, not dry at all. My hair doesn't get puffy or frizzy and is softer. I get best results if I use Discipline mask afterward and leave it for 20 min.

Best shampoo ever!!!
This is the best shampoo I ever used!!!Forget Moroccan oil or Redken! This shampoo is unbeliveable;my hair looks so shiny,so soft it really makes a difference washing with it.
