Specifically developed for unruly, curly hair, the Discipline Curl Idéal Cleansing Conditioner from Kérastase works to tame and smoothen locks for salon-style results.
Fortified with an innovative blend of Cationic and Amphoteric Surfactants to gently eliminate impurities, whilst Pro-Keratin and Hydrolysed Elastin strengthen fibre and improve manageability. Infused with Lipid Compounds, the lightweight conditioner deeply nourishes and hydrates strands from root to tip, leaving curls calm and defined with enhanced shape.
Silicone and sulphate free.
Apply 4 to 6 pumps to wet hair. Distribute evenly from the scalp to the ends. Leave on 2-3 minutes. Emulsify with a little water. Rinse thoroughly.

I agree with a previous comment. This product takes getting used to as there is no lather so you feel that your hair is not being washed. In saying that, the product is amazing on my curls and leaves them soft and defined.

This is perfect for curls. At first it doesn't seem right, as it isn't a foaming shampoo but this has given me the best results from any shampoo I've ever used. My old routine was washing my hair with shampoo once a week and then only using conditioner every day until the build-up needed washing out again. Now I can use this daily with no drying out, no need to use conditioner, and it cleans my scalp and leaves my hair smelling good and feeling and looking healthy. I use the curl cream and a little serum and my hair has actually begun to curl again. I live in a very hard water area too but this seems to help so much. My hairdresser is amazed at the condition of my hair, as I used to complain about it being dry and breaking. Surprised there aren't more reviews from fellow curly girls, as this is pretty amazing.

I've tried this shampoo and found it was horrible, my hair is curly wavy but after using the shampoo the hair feels sticky and oily. Also there is no foam while washing, feels more a conditioner than a shampoo Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Thanks Lamiae

This is the best cleansing conditioner I have ever used. I have been using Aveda cowash for the past year and I can honestly say this beats it hands down. It leave curls so moisturised without being fluffy. It smells amazing too. I can go a couple of days between washes now and my curls are still good, I could never do this before because I would notice before that next day my hair felt dry again and needed moisture. Highly recommended this!
