I have tried several masks over the years, including some Kérastase but the Discipline Maskeratine has definitely got to be the best. I often damp my hair first and leave it in over night or at least for a few hours to get maximum benefit and since using it have noticed a huge difference! My hair feels smoother and at waist length, much easier to comb through. I'm cabin crew & the humidity and air con always seem to frizz/ruin my hair so this mask is a real saviour. I won't be using anything else again, although its expensive and doesn't go very far on my hair it is completely worth it. Not to mention the two travel size shampoo & conditioners you get free with ordering it, bonus!
