Suitable for all hair types, the shampoo removes excess calcium and helps visibly repair all types of damaged hair, including damage by heat tools, colour treatment, bleaching and over-processing. This professional-level shampoo gently cleanses the scalp and hair while removing excess calcium, which further weakens treated hair. Use the full routine to help repair hair from the inside out, reduce breakage and restore a healthy feel to the hair. The creamy shampoo transforms into a luxurious foam, with its dual-action formula targeting the calcium overdose from hard water to leave hair feeling smooth, manageable and bouncy.
Pre-shampoo: Before shampooing. Apply generously onto wet lengths. Massage throughout. Leave on for 5 minutes. Don’t rinse. Layer Première Bain directly on top to maximise efficacy. Rinse and follow with the Première Fondant or Mask.

Made a difference from the first use
I was surprised what difference this made after just one use. I’m keen to keep using it. I think probably it needs to be used as part of the 3 step hair wash process, with the shampoo and conditioner to have best effects. Was easy to use, a nice texture, not too think, smells good. Would recommend.

A fantastic pre-shampoo treatment
A fantastic pre-shampoo treatment with citric acid and glycine which hydrates and restores my hair from within especially when combined with the shampoo and conditioner from the same series! It lathers so well and smells lush. I would definitely buy it again!

Gentle pre-wash
This pre-shampoo is lovely, it was light and none greasy. It provided good lather when rinsing it through your hair, it smelt nice too, I believe this contributed to the overall smooth and shine that my hair had to it after a wash.

Beautiful preshampoo with great benefits
Firstly it was a lovely experience to use this product . Texture was silky smooth with a beautiful scent . When applied to the hair it felt like an oil base product and went though my hair with ease . When applied I kept it on for around 10 minutes as my hair needed it and then went for the shampoo to apply after

Lovely smell
It smells amazing and is an interesting concept, but I didn't know if I was using it properly or how much to use. I used it like I would usually use a shampoo, but it doesn't lather up and I couldn't tell if I was using the right amount. I felt like I needed to use quite a lot of the product

Serum like treatment
So once disbursing the product into my hands, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelt more chemically than anything else which I was slightly put off with. But other than the smell of the product, it is a serum like texture which goes in very smoothly to the hair and you know where you've put the product so you don't need to keep going over or wondering. Once it's sat on my hair for the desired time, I then went to wash it off which was easy to do and get rid of all the product and ever as its a pre wash treatment, sometimes my hair feels very straw like after but with this, it felt very smooth and I was able to run my hands through my hair. I definitely feel like it made a difference, my hair was much smoother and less frizzy and it also seems to give it more volume as well.
