Shampoo & conditioner
The best thing for sensitive, flaky scalp I've found. I was so embarrassed about my scalp but these products are wonderful! Lovely fragrance, not heavy on your hair and you don't get that 'greasy' look you do with some other shampoos. Highly recommend :)

Made Scalp Itch!
I have sensitive scalp and it is in a situation where it gets oily quickly and causes dandruff. So I have an oily scalp and dry ends. The hair stylist recommended me to buy this to calm the scalp. Unfortunately it made it worse as my scalp will itch terribly after a few hours and I will need to wash my hair again, but with another shampoo. I always like Keratase products but this does not suit me. The others are fine so far. I am sticking with bain divalent for the moment.

It works best on my sensitve scalp and color treated hair! I always had trouble finding a perfect shampoo that works on my itchy and sensitive scalp, also damaged hair from frequent color treatment. Ever since I've found Kerastase Specifique Dermo-Calm Bain Riche, my scalp feels comfortable, my hair shine & keeps my hair color longer with vitality. PS. I've deducted 1 star from rating due to the high price.

Made my scalp worse
I have always used Kerastase products and really rate them, however on trying this particular shampoo hoping that it would relieve the irritation in my scalp I found it made it much worse. I was very disappointed as on reading the specifications regarding the product I did think that it would be ideal. Susan

Wonderful Find
If you have a scalp that is commonly unhappy (itchy, peeling, or suffering from scalp psoriasis) this product is a great choice. I have scalp psoriasis but don't want to sacrifice coloring my hair.This led to quite the hunt for a shampoo that both provided relief for my scalp and was color friendly. Kérastase Specifique Dermo-Calm Bain Riche has given me the relief I was looking for and will not strip my color!

BEST EVER
LOVE this schampoo its the only one that works for my super sensitive scalp and hair. Normally my hair is super dry at the lengths and the scalp is extremely irritated that gets oily cause of the irritation. With this magical schampoo combined with the mask from the sam series it's finally calmed and smooth and non-irritated scalp. You have to try it!
