So itchy!
I wanted to love this shampoo so much. When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to wash my hair. After washing, my hair looked and felt amazing but the next day my scalp became so itchy and flaky. Convinced that this shampoo couldn’t be to blame, I used it twice more. By then, my scalp felt like it was on fire. It’s now a month later and my scalp still hasn’t fully healed from this ordeal. Avoid!

After years of using cheap shampoos, my hairdresser strongly encouraged me to make the change to this. I suffered a lot with sensitive scalp and also build up from the other shampoo I used. Great for regular washing and sensitive scalp
I've recently swapped to Kerastase and have really noticed a difference in the feel and shine to my hair. After taking the hair analysis on their website I have ordered much of the Specifique Dermo Calm range because I have a very sensitive scalp due to colouring my hair regularly. My hair is very long and thick, it needs washing every other day. This is a great lightweight shampoo that leaves my hair feeling really clean and not weighed down with product. The bottle is smaller than expected but you don't need much shampoo to get a great lather. I follow up with the Specifique Masque and alternate with the Bain Riche shampoo for when my hair needs more moisture. I really like this shampoo and will definitely buy again.

Scalp is itchier than before, product does not rinse out of my hair properly. Scalp is reacting with small lumps and looks and feels oily after being washed. I would not recommend.

I have gone through many different shampoo types and brands but have never seen to have found the perfect one for me. Until I had found the Kerestase Specifique Dermo-calm bain shampoo! It has done miracles to my scalp. It has soothed it and has made my hair look better than ever. I love making sure my hair looks amazing but with other shampoos I have never achieved that but with Kerestase I have. It has made my hair goals come true! I would recommend this shampoo to anyone who wants their hair to look like they have just come out of a salon. Trust me it is worth buying. This will be my number 1 shampoo for my life.
