This shampoo is pretty much the one to go if you are looking for a mild version of other dandruff shampoos that you have. I use this this every day and it helps my scalp and avoids it getting dry patches, not so sure I get dandruff but my scalp can get flaky with cleansing shampoos. This shampoo is also good for hair.
