The Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner gently removes dirt and oil that may be lingering after your cleanse.
Ideal for oily skin, the toning lotion helps to balance and refresh the skin. Imperata cylindrica root extract and antarcticine soothe and hydrate, promoting a fresh, comfortable complexion.
Mild but effective, the pH-balanced toner also resists stripping natural moisture. Its lightweight formula absorbs quickly, working to minimise the look of excess oil on the skin.
After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with the facial toner and apply to face. Avoid the immediate eye area.

Toner review
This product does exactly what it says it’d do! I’ve used this product for a while now, it leaves my skin feeling very refreshed and clean. Besides the pros of this product there are some cons to it too; the toner takes a while to show a difference in your complexion 2-3weeks+ and the price is a little high for its results
