KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Concentrate 50ml

The KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Concentrate contains 5mg iron per serving, which is 36% of the recommended daily intake.

Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, energy-yielding metabolism, red blood cell and haemoglobin production, oxygen delivery throughout the body, as well as reducing tiredness and fatigue.

The drinkable supplement does not need to be digested as it is in liquid form, resulting in a higher bioavailability. To take the supplement, simply add a few drops of the concentrate to a glass of water.

Shake before use. Adults and children aged 4+ take 30 drops (2ml) daily in a glass (250ml) of water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Food supplements are not to replace an active lifestyle and a balanced diet.
