Collagen is a key component in the body as it is present in bones, skin, hair, nails and joints. Unfortunately, this level naturally digresses as we age. Boosting your everyday beauty routine, the KIKI Health Pure Marine Collagen Vegicaps act as a natural source of marine collagen.
Extracted from wild fish, such as cod and haddock, the supplements contain hydrolysed marine collagen from the coast of France. A vitamin C-rich blend of camu camu and acai powder enhances the capsules, alongside hyaluronic acid. Up to four capsules can be taken up to twice daily depending on your lifestyle needs.
Take 2 to 4 capsules once or twice daily, according to your personal and lifestyle needs. Take before or after food with water. take up to 15 capsules a day.
Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children and young babies. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.

Clear skin
Read some good reviews about this brand of collagen. Only used one bottle, didn’t take the recommended dosage so couldn’t notice a huge difference. Over the course of finishing the capsules I did however notice clearer and brighter facial skin but not much difference in my thinning hair.

The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste, which is good. However, you do need to take at least 6+ capsules a day to get the recommended amount. I've only been using them for 3 weeks so not early enough to tell if they're making a difference yet.
