KIKI Health MSM Powder is a vegan-friendly food supplement containing only pure MSM; it is made from naturally occurring organic mineral sulphur from Methylsulfonylmethane.
Sulphur is purported to facilitate collagen and cartilage production, and is one of the key building blocks of glycosaminoglycans, which are key structural components in cartilage.

Great to have this in powder form
Good to have this is powder form. If you don't know what msm does it's basically anti inflammatory. Great if you have arthritis ect . It can help with so many things. If over 35 and ttc apparently MSM can help make you soft on the inside and is good for egg health which is my main purpose right now. Its in alot of beauty supplements and products aswell as it can apparently help with wrinkles. It's also a really good sized glass jar.
