• Application: Using the attached brush, comb the eyebrows upward. Fill in any gaps in each eyebrow using tiny strokes that follow the direction of the hair growth. Start at the inner corner of the brow and work your way out. 
• Routine: KIKO Milano’s Eyebrow Designer is recommended for setting the makeup.
