Providing a gradual overnight release of ingredients, Kind Patches’ Dream Patches are designed to be used ahead of your sleep cycle by adhering to the skin before bed.

The patches are infused with valerian root, hops, magnesium, chamomile and ashwagandha extracts, believed to lend soothing properties. Discreet and comfortable to wear, simply stick to your wrist, upper arm, shoulder or back and remove once you wake.

• Application: Gently remove the patch from its backing and place it on a clean, hair-free area of your skin. For optimal results, wear the patch for approximately 8 hours. To ensure effective absorption, avoid applying lotions or creams to the application area.
