The patches are infused with 14mg valerian root, hops, magnesium glycinate, 5-HTP, L-theanine, magnesium L-threonate and ashwagandha extracts, believed to lend soothing properties. Discreet and comfortable to wear, simply stick to your wrist, upper arm, shoulder or back and remove once you wake.
