The iconic waterproof eyeliner is perfect for a range of looks, from fine flicks to bold lines. It can also be used to create a faux freckled effect. Inspired by tattoo artistry, the needle-precise brush tip offers complete control and precision for easy application.

For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake it before use. Wipe the tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.
Use light pressure for fine, exact lines. Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. For faux freckles use the shade Mad Max Brown, and make small dots wherever you want your faux freckles. Use your fingers to tap the product into the skin and make freckles appear more natural. For deeper skin tones, let the dots sit on the skin for a few seconds before tapping.

The one for me
I have hooded and oily eye lids, I have tried my good share of liners from drugstore to premium brands. This is the perfect one for me: it lasts all day and doesn't smudge, ink comes out even and smooth, and still doesn't dry out at the end of the 3 months use. I now only use KVD liners.

Disappointing
When I first tested it at a beauty store, it looked amazing, so I ordered it from LF with high expectations. It was fantastic the first several times I used it: gliding beautifully and making a perfect fine line. Unfortunately, despite storing it correctly and shaking before use, within a month it became dry, sticky and not dispensing at all when held at a certain angle. It also creased in areas where I have fine lines, so after a few hours I was ending up with breaks in my winged line - something that never happened with other eyeliners I used in the past, like Benefit, MAC or Urban Decay. Sadly, didn’t work for me and I wouldn’t recommend it.
