The Tattoo Liner Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in shade Mad Max Brown is a precision eyeliner equipped with a 0.01mm needle-tip brush, perfect for creating sultry flicks, intricate lines and faux freckles. An innovative 325 Pressure-Adaptive Flex Bristles technology allows you to switch from fine filling in to bold, graphic styles, while its high-impact opacity won't budge or fade throughout the day. Designed to be layered, the water-resistant formula glides seamlessly over eyeshadow and can be built for a more intense finish as desired.

For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake it before use. Still feeling dry? Wipe tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.
Use light pressure for fine, exact lines (perfect for creating sharp wings). Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. The formula is designed to layer, so you can keep drawing over your lines until your work is complete. Can be used for faux freckles and filling in sparse brows, too.

Good - while it lasted
This eyeliner was really really great… until it wasn’t. Within about a month of using I noticed that the brush tip was getting a bit dry! This wasn’t due to improper use or leaving the cap off or anything. It became a real struggle to use and even when I managed to get the eyeliner on it would wear off on my eyes very quickly. A real letdown as you would expect to get more than a month’s use out of an eyeliner at this price point.
