Great product, but I need to use it about every 2 months for good coverage.

Very good I got the wrong shade at first

I got light brown but too light , I tried medium brown covered my greys and less harmful than permanent hair dye

Excellent product

Love this hair dye. It only goes where it has to - doesn’t stain my skin. It’s the right consistency, doesn’t drip everywhere. Amazing natural(mostly) colours. 4 stars because Lookfantastic didn’t have my favourite colour in stock when I needed it, haven’t checked just now if they’ve restocked now, but I reckon it’s been out of stock a while. That colour always sells out everywhere (coz it’s amazing..)

Reliable hair dye

I've been using the shade 'Satin Blonde' to lighten my mousy brown hair for about two years. I takes about 20 minutes to develop and the colour is permanent. My hair is not badly damaged. I also add streaks to my hair by hand using Wella 'Blondor' bleach, and I keep brassiness to a minimum with the Bleach 'Pearlescent' shampoo which is fab and I also buy on here.

Won’t wash out

This product I bought around 3 months ago, I’m a natural dark blonde and I wanted to try out a brunette look, this colour is not washing out AT ALL it won’t budge and my roots are growing out. What do I do to remove this I don’t want to bleach it.

Loreal

Loreal Castings is my ultimate favourite, natural and multi tones in all shades I have purchased especially darker colours, first time using this colour, high shine and healthy hair. A little red tint too much for me in this one.

535 chocolate

Absolutely beautiful colour I love it, it is a real chocolatey colour aswell. Alot of dyes I've tried in the past say that but then end up to dark almost black this one did not disappoint. Will definitely stick to this one for a while. Goes a long way aswell I've thick hair couple inch from my shoulders usually need to use two dye box's I just used 1 box and it saturated my hair. Perfect!

AVOID!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I used this hair dye because it said "no ammonia" and was semi permanent. My hair never washed out and I dyed it 9 months ago and my hair completely fell out!! When researching the chemical they replace "ammonia" with which is called "ethanolamine" is actually way more damaging!! "Ethanolamine has been shown to damage hair more than ammonia, in some extreme cases as much as 85% more. And ethanolamine has been shown to cause more hair loss than ammonia. You would think that since ammonia has a stronger smell, it would be more corrosive and thus damage the hair more, but this is not the case." "rather use one that contains ammonia, and avoid ethanolamine like the plague." "The Environmental Working Group website rates ethanolamine as 5-6, which is slightly worse than ammonia’s rating of 4-6"
