Maintain your blonde between salon visits with the L'Oreal Elvive Colour Protect Anti-Brassiness Purple Shampoo. This toning shampoo is perfect for those who find that their blonde, highlighted and grey hair becomes yellow and brassy over time. Violet pigments counteract the unwanted tones in the hair to neutralise and correct in just one use. Discolouration is corrected to leave your colour looking fresher and brighter. Maintain a salon finish for cleaner, brighter colour with this purple shampoo!
Suitable for highlighted, grey, silver, blonde, platinum and metallic hair shades.
Use the shampoo once a week to complement your regular Elvive Colour Protect routine. Massage into hair and leave for 1-3 minutes before rinsing well and follow with the Purple Conditioner. Apply on damp hair and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing well.
Expert Tip: On grey hair, rinse shampoo after one minute. Optimise the effect on highlighted brunette hair by leaving for up to 10 minutes before rinsing.
Keep out of reach of children. Wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately and thoroughly. Only use for hair colour correction purposes.

Good value for money. Sometimes, purple shampoos don’t give me any results but this one does. It’s not a miracle and I wouldn’t recommend the conditioner but the shampoo is good.

Elvive Purple Shampoo and Conditioner
I only ever use Elvive shampoo and conditioners (usually red or pink) and have light summer blond dyed hair. I tried the new purple Elvive shampoo and conditioner and followed the instructions carefully. My hair now looks dull as if I have dyed it ash blond, so unfortunately this product is not for me. I will go back to my usual red or pink Elvive.

My hair saviour!
I started the transition from brunette to blonde just before lockdown (it's obvs a gradual process) so as the lockdown was announced I was halfway through and my hair was looking quite brassy. I purchased this hoping to fix the more orange colours in my hair and this really helped!! It's kept me going over the last 3 months and lasts longer than you'd think!
