Nice color, but awful gloves- so frustrating
Color is nice, but these gloves??? Are they for kids? How can I do it with this tiny gloves (my hands are not big at all). Can you change them back to original gloves you used to had.

Hair turned orange!!
This product does not turn hair the lovely blonde colour on the package, nowhere even close. My hair is a dark blonde and usually takes well to bleach but this product does not lighten hair well and instead turns it a horrible orange colour, would not recommend it.

Not the right colour!!!
Be warned - lol - I ordered the Venice 11.11 - it turned my already light blonde hair ORANGE. I got it blonde again & then I ordered the ultra platinum to give it a final lift …. it done the exact same thing but also turned my hair like chewing gum!! Thank god for olaplex! I would recommend you looking at the Clairol nice n easy products they are much more reliable and I have never had an issue with those. Only thing is there is no platinum like shade, but the lightest blonde in Clairol (SB01 or SB02) are a gorgeous bright blonde colour and do not damage your hair in any way and the colour is as shown on the box.

My roots were pretty long, almost reached my shoulders, quite dark with red undertones, about a 6. Rest of my hair was lightened to around a 9. I came out with a beautiful golden brown to strawberry blonde colour. Definitely not the 'Florida Honey Blonde' I expected, but quite beautiful. The rest of the reviews explaining how the colour isn't what's suggested on the box are correct, test it first before you use it. It is gorgeous though, even if it isn't the honey blonde I expected.

Turned my hair platinum.
I used the Viking light ash blond and my hair which was light blond turned silvery grey, more platinum colour. This is fine not the colour i wanted but not a complete disaster. I know how to apply home dyes as I have done it for decades and yes, I have been caught out if the dyes have been swapped in store. There should be a crosscheck and the dye colour should be on each bottle. Hope this feedback is useful.
