A Dramatic Cat Liner
I love this product! I always went for thiner liquid liners but it turns out that a thicker tip is far easier to use and apply a steady line. I also have hooded eyes, unfortunately so an upward thicker line at the outer part of the lash line is a must! I don't really use any liner at the inner part of my eye or at the lower lashline however, so I don't know how good a Cleopatra look this makes...
