L'Oreal Professional's Metal Detox Hair Oil is an ultra-nourishing treatment that helps to remove the build-up of damaging copper particles that can be found in shower water.
Fortified with glicoamine, the innovative formula protects against dulling metal particles being deposited on the hair, minimising the risk of breakage, brittleness and colour fade. Its rich consistency helps to smooth the lengths without weighing them down for up to 24 hours, defending from the effects of humidity, alongside providing heat protection of up to 230°C. Ideal for all hair types and textures, the silky formula promotes a high-shine, satin-soft result with a stronger-feeling finish.

- Application: Apply daily on dry or towel-dried hair. Warm 1-2 pumps in the palm and spread evenly from mid-lengths to ends. Do not rinse. Proceed to blow-dry or air-dry.

Was okay.
I wasn’t keen on the smell, compared to the shampoo. The feel / texture was okay but with the sample size I didn’t see much difference in my hair

Beautiful oil
I have dry, coloured hair and this certainly prevented it from bring as dry as it is with normal conditioner for coloured hair.

Protects and performs
I was lucky enough to receive this as a sample to try. I don’t normally put oil anywhere near my hair. I applied just to the ends to try it. Now you have to take the protection bit at face value as I have no way to know if that works but regardless I was surprised that an added bonus is that the mid to ends of my hair feel much softer. I ‘m not sure if I would buy it or look at other oils now but I may return to it if they don’t perform as well.

I have low porosity hair so the oil sat on my hair, rather than penetrating it. Smelt nice.

Amazing oil
It is a surprisingly amazing oil that made my hair less frizzy without weighing it down. It is especially good in winters to control frizz, hair felt smoother and stronger with less breakage post application. Would be buying and using this in my hair routine, I am in love with my hair again! The frgrance could have been better though

This really surprised me. I wasn’t really sure how it would work but was really pleased with it. I used it on slightly damp hair (straight after washing). My hair felt smooth and the scent is gorgeous.
