Shampoo: Apply evenly on wet hair. Lather until a rich foam is obtained. Rinse. Use weekly in alteration with your daily shampoo.
Mask: Use after Metal Detox anti-metal cleansing cream shampoo and leave on for one minute. The texture is light to touch and easy to apply.

This stuff is unreal!!! I'm never normally swayed by expensive shampoos and conditioners but after my hairdresser using this on my hair I was converted! My hair is heavily highlighted with just bleach... and long, I also use the cream that you leave in on damp hair, my hair is left so clean, smooth and feeling light..... the only way I can describe it is.... it feels like it would if I didn't have bleached hair..... if you're having doubts... don't.... this is amazing stuff
