Wet your hair and distribute shampoo evenly throughout. Massage to create lather. Rinse thoroughly and wash your hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

Drying, but met its objective of stripping hair dye
This shampoo was quite harsh and drying, but I bought it because I'd read that it stripped hair dye - and it did! So don't buy this if your hair is coloured and you don't want it stripped out.
