The cult-favourite formula utilises a patented photostable filtering system called Mexoplex, which offers superior UVA protection to help shield skin from sun damage.
Expertly blended with perlite and zinc, the high-performance cream delivers a mattifying effect to keep your skin shine-free all day long. Effortlessly melting into the face, the lightweight sun cream absorbs instantly for an ultra-dry, undetectable finish. The water-resistant formula is suitable for all skin types and is particularly beneficial for those with sensitive and combination to oily skin.

This is a very thick, paste texture which isn't preferred by a lot of people, including myself. It's quite difficult to rub in. I like something light and hydrating. Does provide good protection and I can wear it all day, but it doesn't sit well with the other moisturizers or make-up on my face.

This one leaves a horrible white cast. I would not recommend this to you unless you are really pale and have really white skin. This one does not suit POC. Also it can sting your eyes a bit. But not as bad as some other sunscreens I have tried. Other than that I really liked this product but I wont buy it again. It is really anti shine and I have really oily skin. This one left my skin really matte but as it leaves a white cast and stings my eyes I wont buy it again. Also I would not recommend this to people that have dry skin.

Been using for 5 years
I have been using this product everyday for almost 5 years. Every now and again I try a different spf but always end up going back to this one as nothing else is as good. Don't be put off by the price as on average I only get through a bottle every 9 months or so making it a good investment

This is a solid white cream that is thick and takes a long time to sink in. It’s called a ‘gel’ which would suggest something light and clear but is absolutely Not a gel in any shape colour or form.

Pros: Protects from sun Cons: Anti shine was very shiny on my oily skin, leaves white casts, accentuates pores, a bit greasy and sticky on face and my foundation melt off my face therefore, I used it on its own during lockdown. Four stars because I used it and because I think those with small pores and smooth skin might like using this product on its own on summer holidays.

Unfortunately, this sunscreen leaves a white cast (I'm tanned) and doesn't absorb into the skin. Will not be buying again, but might be better if you have more dry, fair skin.
