The La Roche-Posay hand cream is an effective barrier cream that coats your fingers and palms in an invisible glove of protection. Ideal for using on hardworking hands that are regularly exposed to environmental aggressors, the hand cream helps to soothe your skin for a refreshed, comfortable finish. Enriched with Thermal Spring Water, the minimalist formula is a highly targeted solution to revitalised hands. Also containing 4% Niacinamide and 30% Glycerine, the hand cream works to soften your skin, banishing dryness for a silky feel that appears less irritated. It absorbs quickly thanks to its light texture and never leaves behind oily or sticky traces, giving you the ultimate natural end result.

My favorite hand cream
After trying lots of hand cream, I found the winner!!! I've been using Cicaplast for about four years. My hands' skin is dehydrated, and if I use cleaning products is damaged quickly. Cicaplast helped me numerous times to heal my skin. Also, it hydrates properly and is not very greasy as other creams.

This is the best hand cream I have ever used and that's saying a lot! I have tried Clairns, down to cheap bargin shop brands until I found this. I have a long standing issue with very dry cuticles and the skin around my nails always peeling and flaking. LRP is not quite a cream but like a mix of cream and a soothing gel. It takes so little to rub into my nails and the more you rub the further it spreads. Within seconds it has disappeared into my skin leaving them looking so nourished and loved. Within a few days on using 3times a day I could already see the change in my skin. I will no be buying non other than LRP CICAPLAST!

MAGIC CREAM!!!
I can't believe how magical this cream is. I had eczema - rough patches on the back of my hands and can be irritated if wet or cold for a long time - roughly about a year. I used 2 steroid creams prescripted by GP and it helped reduce the area but it never went away. I thought I would never feel the soft skin of my hands again until my colleague recommended me this one. When I first applied it, it absorb so fast and the next morning I could feel my skin was magically smoother. There were still some bumps or patches at the time. But imagine you had these rough, red, patches for a year then overnight it was smooth and looked skin-like!!!! I keep applying for about a month. Now I almost finish it. I would say my eczema has 99% gone, leaving my skin nice and soft. It gets dry and bumpy from time to time when I got lazy and forgot to reapply for a couple of days, but mainly because I work in a cafe and do the washing up a lot. If I don't work where my hands will touch chemicals or get wet excessively, I think my skin would be back to normal - or even softer than ever. If anyone hesitates, please don't. Get this one. You can't find anything better than this!
