Visibly correct imperfections with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ SPF30; a non-sticky formula that works to reduce the appearance of blemishes and reveal a refined complexion. Ideal for oily and blemish-prone skin types, the correcting formula penetrates and clears blocked pores in order to visibly reduce blackheads and other impurities.
When exposed to daily UV, imperfections often worsen and can lead to unwanted hyperpigmentation. Effaclar Duo+ boasts SPF30, which shields skin from damaging rays, protects against free radicals and prevents the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
The potent gel-cream formula is enriched with Niacinamide, which works to purify the visage, whilst a LHA solution performs an exfoliation action. Also infused with Salicylic Acid, the refreshing facial treatment seeks to repair damaged skin cells. Expect imperfections to significantly reduce in appearance, leaving behind a refined visage that is free from shine.
Free from parabens.
Apply to whole face morning after cleansing skin with EFFACLAR Foaming gel. Avoid the eye contour.

Breakout skin person
I decided to try this after seeing recommendations for skin breakout issues. I started to have terrible under skin acne on my cheeks, which I'd never had before, and most creams just made it worse! This is excellent, doesn't irritate my face at all, and skin has stopped breaking out. Sinks in easy and doesn't leave a greasy feel. But can apply make up easily. This product is simply the best. I have oily acne prone skin especially during my time of the month, this product helps to prevent breakouts and allows my skin to look fresher and more radiant. The small tube lasts for a long time so do not be deceived! Not this one has spf it is even better as it protects my skin from the sun rather than using oily sun cream which breaks me out!

Love that the effaclar duo now comes with SPF, yes it is ever so slightly greasier because of this but it's really not that bad. I use it with the pixi glow tonic and the COSRX salicylic acid cleanser and they all balance each other out, skins looks so much better now with this routine.

Not bad, not great
I love the LRP products normally and I’m a huge fan of the anti-blemish effaclar duo moisturiser. I needed to introduce SPF into my routine so thought this would be a no brainer. It doesn’t leave any white chalky streaks on the skin and a little goes a long way. I feel it’s good for sun protection and does the job. Downsides are that my skin is quite oily and I’m finding it doesn’t absorb fully and leaves a greasy residue on top of my skin. I’ve also broken out after finally getting my skin clear. I won’t be buying again sadly.

Good for skin going through acne treatments
There are some mixed reviews for this product, but I have used other La Roche products and found them to be good, so gave this a try. This product is good if you normally have oily skin, and you’re going through some acne treatments that make your skin dry and sensitive to sun (roaccutane or topical treatments). It’s a bit thicker than other products, and a little seems to go a long way. But so far, no issues, and protects my skin from the sun without making it greasy, so 5 stars.

Great with a little flar
I have oily skin with bad prone to break outs and I love this product. I find it refreshing and doesn't give me excess oil. My only issue is at the very end of the day it does pile a bit. But only if I rub my face. I don't have this issue if I wore makeup over it.

Best sunscreen ever for acne
I rarely give reviews on products but with this product I just had to coz I love it. I have been using this for about 3 1/2 years now non stop come summer or winter and I’ve never been disappointed I have acne prone skin and scars from acne aswell this is the only sunscreen that doesn’t break me out more and it helps my acne settle a little during the day when i have my makeup on. This sunscreen never gets greasy or oily on me I have very oily skin my oils do come through after a couple of hours but that happens when I apply any makeup. The magic ingredient in this is the niacinamide which I’ve never seen in any sunscreen as of yet. I would give this a hundred stars if I could.
