BRING BACK OLD FORMULA

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

This product used to be dermatologically recommended as an appropriate solution for Isotretanoin (roaccutane) patients, but the new formula is so drying. Please go back to the old forumla, it was the only solution for acne prone skin.

This is my favourite cleanser by far. Is non drying and doesn't react with my sensitive skin. Leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated.

New Formula?

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have been using this for a long while now but I believe the formula has changed recently. I don't find it as hydrating and find it dries out my skin slightly. Once this bottle is done I will probably switch to the Toleriane brand.

BRING BACK OLD FORMULA

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I beg LRP to bring back the old formula, I have gone through countless bottles as it’s the only product I have ever found to work with my sensitive acne prone skin, and now the new formula is already starting to make me break out. Why change an amazing product for something far worse?!

Plz bring back the old version

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

Used the original for 3 years my skin was so clear, worked well with the la Roche posay face creams but now since changing I’ve broken out in spots and mostly black heads. I’ve never used to get bad skin before using la Roche posay just odd here and there but I am now breaking out badly since using the updated version. Skin started off feeling sticky and it’s now  dry, flaky. Really not impressed.

Bring back the old formula

The new formula is horrible. Honestly I used the old formula for years, it was the best!! I am so gutted, no idea what to use now, as nothing compared. This new version is absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money on it.  Please bring back the old one!

Bring back the original

Not one to write reviews but please La Roche Posay bring back the original version. I used it for about 1 and a half years and it completely cleared up my acne! Then with the new formula it all came back almost straight away. Would not recommend, please bring back the old formula!

Awful

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

Used the previous/original version of this and loved it (starting in 2019), my skin loved it. Felt soft and very hydrated, I was confused because it really was like a cream and didn’t think it would do anything for my face as a cleanser.  Fast Forward to 2022… some ridiculous person at the company thought it would be a good idea to change and “fix” a product that wasn’t broken.  Whatever they are putting in this version there is way too much lather, and no matter how much I rinse my face of it still feels tacky and like there is some residue of the product on my face. Leaving a tight feeling.  I’ve even got a few bumps on my cheeks now since using.  Not happy.  This new version is horrible just awful.

My husband and I used it after the previous version was discounted. It dries the skin so much that it damages it. Do not use under any circumstances. We are both now consulting with dermatologists as a result. Reaaly miss the old cleansing cream.

Bring back the original version

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

This new version is nothing like the old formula. Please bring back the Original product ! It was amazing and so many people don’t like this new version. My skin was amazing when using the effaclar h cleanser, then i trialed this and it irritated my skin, and feels nothing like the original formula. Please bring back the original version as requested by so many !
